The biomass burner which as the heat source can provide high temperature to the dryer to make sure the sufficient heat impinged on the wet veneer in an efficient manner. At the same time, the tree bark from debarker and waste veneer from peeling lathe were burned as the fuel directly, which solved the waste accumulation in the veneer plywood making factory.The continuous jet dryer is designed to handle the drying process of face veneer, back veneer, and long core veneer. To process the surface veneer and long core veneer, this veneer dryer can avoid the break of the veneer, they can raise the veneer utilization ratio and production output. All outfitted air blower and screen are high-quality production, so they can increase the durability and useful life cycle of the machine.
