4 deck veneer roller dryer is our latest high technology product meet the higher capacity requirements of customers. The capacity for 4 deck veneer dryers can reach above 150cbm per day . The veneer drying efficiency is high and the comprehensive drying cost is much lower . Shine biomass burner can use waste wood as fuel directly and no need customers to prepare steam boiler or thermal oil boiler . The rollers use φ102 steel special shaft tube. The bearings of the 4 deck veneer dryer can bear high temperature 500 degree Celsius resistance and low temperature -20 degree Celsius and no need injecting oil and easy maintenance in the daily operation.
