2-Deck 30 m Wood Veneer Dryer adopts customized services to ensure maximum production within limited space.
Under normal circumstances, our roller dryer usually has a 4-meter cooling zone to ensure that the veneer will be not too hot to touch after drying. However, considering the limited space in the customer's factory, we have adopted a configuration of a 28 meter heating area and a 2 meter cooling area. The customized dryer can dry approximately 47 cubic meters of veneer in 24 hours. On the premise of ensuring reasonable utilization of factory space, it not only ensures production but also ensures that the temperature of the veneer after drying will not be too hot.
