Product Introduction of 2-Deck 56-Meter Roller Veneer Drying Machine
We have rich experience in the drying field of rubber wood core veneer. In the Thai market, we have sold more than 20 devices and won the trust of our customers. This customized 2-Deck 56-Meter Roller Veneer Dryer is on its way to Thailand. It uses the working width of 3.75 meters and can dry approximately 110 cubic meters of veneer in 24 hours.
At the same time, we have conducted in-depth research on energy conservation and electricity conservation. Firstly, we adopted a 5.5kW axial flow fan, which fully guarantees the required air volume for drying while reducing the total installed power by more than 35%, achieving an industry-leading level. The biomass burner can directly burn wet tree bark and rotary cut waste wood, which significantly reduces combustion costs compared to thermal oil and steam.
