Each shift only requires 3 people and around 25 kWh of electricity per hour. For small output veneer drying, the drying cost is low.
There is a certain distance between the veneer and the heat exchanger, and the temperature inside the dryer is around 110-140 degrees Celsius, which is much lower than the temperature of wood veneer combustion, avoiding the risk of fire during the drying process of the veneer.
At present, we have 5 set of vertical veneer dryer machines in Myanmar and have received positive feedback from customers. According to customer feedback, its hourly output is around 1.5 cubic meters, which is in line with our design output.
