The vertical dryer is a device based on the principle of double-range transportation.The veneers enter the feed port through manual or semi-automatic conveying equipment.With the transmission equipment, they are smoothly transported to the end of the dryer, and then the veneers are stably transported by a special turning mechanism. After the veneer is dried, it is transported to the discharge port at the bottom of the dryer and sent out. The materials are uniformly distributed inside the dryer, and the hot air drying time is about 30 minutes.The heat source uses a built-in combustion furnace, which can burn the waste wood handles cut by the rotary peeling machine, saving combustion costs. The temperature of the drying area is 100-130°C, and the temperature is adjustable.
