Product Introduction of 4-Deck 38-Meter Roller Veneer Dryer
The 4-layer, 38-meter veneer dryer, a cutting-edge solution that combines advanced automation with exceptional efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This state-of-the-art dryer is equipped with both an Automatic Veneer Loading and Semi-Automatic Veneer Collecting system, reducing the labor requirement to approximately 3 people. This not only substantially lowers labor costs but also enhances overall work efficiency.
With an impressive effective working width of 4.5 meters, this dryer can efficiently dry an astounding 170-180 cubic meters of veneer per day. What's more, each fan of the machine consumes just 4 kilowatts of power, resulting in a mere about138 kilowatts of hourly energy consumption for the entire machine. This exceptional energy efficiency helps reduce operational costs significantly.
To further enhance its eco-friendliness, the dryer is equipped with a biomass burner capable of efficiently burning waste wood and bark. This innovative feature not only contributes to the reduction of drying costs but also minimizes environmental impact by utilizing renewable resources.
