Product Introduction of 4-Deck Roller Veneer Dryer
4-Deck Roller Veneer Dryer has the features of high productivity、energy efficiency、lowest drying cost and perfect drying effect.
Firstly,the machine's working width is 4.5 meters and its length is 40 meters which contains 4 meters cold air region and 36 meters hot air region.It can dry 180 to 190 cubic meters veneer in 24 hours due to its large working width.Secondly,the machine's total power is 228.5KW and only cost around 149 killwatt hour electricity per hour.The machine is equipped with 15T Biomass Burner which can directly burn all kinds of waste wood such as waste branches and wood barks that the price is very lower than the hot source provided by thermal oil and steam.Whats more,The moisture content of the veneer after drying can be controlled within 10%, and the moisture content is very uniform.
