The 38m Veneer Drying Machine adopts advaced technologies and has the advantages of low labour cost、low fuel cost and high productivity.
Our Roller Veneer Dryer has Automatic Veneer Loading System and Semi-Automatic Veneer Collection System which can reduce the number of workers collecting and loading boards to three people.For countries with extremely high labor costs, it greatly saves drying costs and improves drying efficiency.
Automatic Veneer Loading Machine
The biomass burner is Shine patented product. It can burn all kinds of waste wood directly to reduce the drying cost mostly. Compared to steam type or heat conduction oil type veneer dryer, the drying cost is reduced greatly.This 4-story 38 meter dryer is equipped with a 10 ton biomass burner and can dry 110-120 cubic meters of veneer per day.
