Our Roller Veneer has the feature of high productivity.Compared to natural drying, our dryer is not affected by weather and can operate 24 hours a day.What's more,the maximum output of the double-layer dryer can reach 120-130 cubic meters per day.The biomass burner provides sufficient heat for veneer drying, and the heat exchanger converts the flue gas into clean hot air, which is evenly distributed to the surface of the veneer through the air duct.Appropriate roller diameter and roller distance can not only ensure that the veneer is fully exposed to the hot air, but also ensure that the dried veneer is smooth and wrinkle-free.
