The biomass burner features a double-layer design, with the outer layer surrounded by water. On one hand, it can maintain the furnace body; on the other hand, it serves to cool down the main body of the dryer when the temperature gets too high.
The true test of quality comes from genuine customer feedback. This 4-tier, 36m veneer dryer is the second set of equipment purchased by our Latvian customer. While ensuring output, we have reduced the overall power consumption by more than 35%, making it more energy-efficient. At the same time, the working width has been upgraded from 3 meters to 3.5 meters, allowing it to dry two 1.5m wide veneers simultaneously.
