Precautions for operation of veneer dryer

1. When the veneer dryer enters the site, it must be docked by professionals. On the level of the installation foundation, the level error should be controlled within plus or minus 3mm. If the foundation is found to be sagging during use, the uplift should be stopped in time to check and test the level. , so as not to cause damage to the transmission part of the machine.

2. The veneer dryer enters the machine longitudinally from the feeding port. When the inlet is fed, it should be straightened so that the veneer and the transmission roller are connected at a 90° angle. The veneer should be cut neatly before drying. Dry to avoid traffic jams.

3. The moisture content of the dried veneer should be strictly controlled. According to the moisture content of the dried veneer, the user is required to adjust the speed of the speed-regulating power. The temperature in the veneer dryer below 0.6mm should generally be between 110C and 130C, the number of revolutions should be controlled at 1000 rpm to 1200 rpm, the thickness of the veneer should be above 0.8mm, and the temperature in the dryer should be Between 150C and 170C, the speed is 800 rpm for 1 minute to 900 rpm. The normal water content is 8-10 water.
