Great feedback from customer in Zimbabwean

Shine Machinery completed a transaction with an investment company in Zimbabwean in July 2023 for a 2-deck 30meters veneer dryer. In October, we received customer feedback and learned that the dryer was operating particularly well. 

We investigated the actual situation in Zimbabwe and found that the advantage of energy saving has become the most important concern for customers, which is coincident with the brand image we have always displayed. While we promote the advantage of energy saving, we also truly solve customer's power consumption problems.

Since the thickness of the customer's wood board is 2.45mm, we chose a 2-deck dryer with a heating area of 24 meters and lengthened the cooling area to 6 meters according to the local environmental factors with higher temperatures. Shine Machinery has carefully taken care of the different needs of customers and helped customers save operation costs. Minimize energy reduction while maximizing production output, and provide customers with exclusive customized services.

For the heat source of the dryer, we chose a suitable 4-ton biomass burner. The biomass burner can not only provide high temperature for the dryer but also greatly save combustion costs for customers by burning waste wood.
