Reasonable roller diameter and roller spacing not only ensure that hot air can be evenly distributed on both sides of the veneer, but also greatly reduce the occurrence of veneer jamming. At the same time, the ellipticity of the roller does not exceed 100 um, and the straightness does not exceed 500 um, which also reduces the occurrence of jamming. When a jamming occurs, our upper roller can be pulled out, making it very easy to maintain.
